Commissioned by the city council, this project was built with young families and students in mind, offering studio, one, and two-bedroom apartments for sale or rent. The development, which was completed in 2010, is eight-story high and contains 80 apartments.
Faced with strict building rules and a relatively-modest budget, this project was one of the most complex projects our company has executed. We used eco-friendly materials and implemented state-of-the-art construction techniques, always adhering to strict health and safety regulations.
