You’ll first need to get verified by Wix Payments for a POS account and check your business is supported.

Once verified, you’ll be able to buy your Wix POS Card Reader from our POS Shop.

Unbox your card reader and download the Wix app onto your mobile device.

FAQ
How do I get started with Wix POS?
Wix POS is currently available to selected Canada and U.S.-based Wix users. To process in-person payments, you’ll need to complete a verification process by Wix Payments for a POS account. Once verified, you can order your Wix Mobile POS.
Before you get started, make sure your business is supported and that your site is upgraded to the Business Premium plan. Learn more about connecting Wix Payments to your Wix POS solution here.
Are there any types of transactions that Wix Mobile POS doesn't yet support?
When using a Mobile POS to charge for services, it is not currently possible to sell membership plans or packages, collect tax, refund clients or edit the payment total.
How can I order a Wix POS Card Reader?
Once your business is verified by Wix Payments, you’ll be able to buy your card reader. We’ll then send you a tracking number, so you know exactly when it will arrive.
Is Wix POS available to other Wix users?
Yes, it is. Our mobile POS solution is also available to merchants using Wix Events and Wix Stores. This means you can use our POS card reader to accept in-person payments at events, pop-ups, festivals, classes, the gym and more.
Wix POS also includes advanced Wix Retail POS solutions for merchants selling at brick-and-mortar stores.
What's included in the Wix POS solution for services?
You get a compact, mobile card reader that allows your clients to pay via debit/credit card or digital wallets like Apple Pay and Google Pay. Together with our industry-leading Wix app, your iOS or Android device transforms into a mobile point of sale.
You can choose to add a card reader dock at an additional cost.
Can I use any POS hardware with Wix POS?
Currently, only devices listed in our Wix POS Shop are supported.
Which provider processes payments for Wix POS?
Wix Point of Sale is supported by our own provider, Wix Payments, so you get all the benefits of a native payment solution.
What do I need to pay for when I purchase a Wix Mobile POS system?
First, you’ll pay 99CAD for your Wix Mobile POS. To accept payments on Wix, you need a Wix Business Premium plan, so if you haven’t already got one, choose the plan that suits you best. When you start taking payments in person, you’ll pay a fixed processing fee of 2.6% per transaction. Bonus: you don’t pay extra fees for refunds or chargebacks.
