We had high hopes for CIP, but the experience was disappointing. While some work, like faster pages and good design, was done well, SEO basics like title tags were neglected. After a week of no communication, we were rushed to respond. When I asked for clarification, I was told we got a "good deal," though this wasn't mentioned upfront. Our rankings dropped significantly, and we're now seeking a new provider to address the SEO issues. Overall, it was a rushed, subpar job....

My sincerest apologies that you were not happy with our services completed in November. I undertook an immense amount of research in your industry, local area and extensive work in the backend and on the site design to improve and accurately reflect results on Google and other platforms, creating the requested 30 long tail search terms and including these in the meta tags and titles as requested. I also updated all the meta data in the backend as well as critical functional design improvements to aid conversions of customers which took the large part of the quoted time.
Unfortunately I was away from the office during the busy Christmas period when you asked for clarification and could not further explain the work that was undertaken. I would be happy to discuss and attempt to rectify this in person if you could reach out and contact me as I will be in your locality soon.

Zoe was awesome to work with, understood our requirements and executed the work extremely quickly.

Zoe from CIP Design Studio was absolutely fantastic to work with. I had set up my website but struggled with a few tweaks; I finally gave in and said I needed to hire someone rather than spending hours of my time nutting it out! Zoe's business design aligned with my look, so I knew CPI Design Studio was the right fit. Brilliant turnaround time and excellent communication, and I am thrilled with the results.
I will be using Zoe again....
