INTRODUCING: SCREEN TO SCREEN

Carlos Bocai is a designer from Rio de Janeiro based in New York, currently an Associate Design Director at Base – previously at Jones Knowles Ritchie, &Walsh and Gretel. Carlos also teaches the course “Decoding Identities” at Aprender Design. He studied at Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro and Bezalel Academy of Arts and Design in Jerusalem. His work has been recognized by The One Club For Creativity, Brasil Design Award and multiple editions of the Latin American Design Awards.

Gabriela Namie is a designer and art director based in New York City. She works at Google as YouTube Music's Art Director. Her background in graphic and type design influences her to connect culture to scalable visual systems. She has previously co-founded Estúdio Barca in her hometown, São Paulo, and worked as a Senior Designer at Sagmeister & Walsh. She was nominated a Young Gun in 2021 and her work was recognized by different awards and conferences, including Latin American Awards and Festival, London International Creative Competition, the Brazilian Graphic Design Biennial, Typographics 2023, etc.

Studio Ayer is an independent graphic design studio run by humanist designers at heart with a 360º approach to problem solving.
A multidisciplinary collaborative practice founded by Inês Ayer in 2019 and partnered with Rodrigo Veloso. The studio has already collaborated with +10 countries in building +80 projects.
