Return Policy
You can return Wix POS items excluding receipt paper within 30 days of receiving it.
To return an item, contact postablet@wix.com to request a return shipping label. The items must be returned within 7 days of receiving the return shipping label.
Returned Wix POS items must be in like-new condition and in their original packaging, including all cords, cables, parts and documentation. The items must be properly packed to avoid damage during transit.
Please note that all returns are subject to Wix’s inspection. You'll be notified if your items are approved or rejected for a refund.
Wix POS items rejected by Wix aren't eligible for refunds. You can request that the items are returned to you at your expense within 10 days of receiving the rejection notice.
Refunds will be made within 10 days of approval using the payment method used to purchase the Wix POS items or another payment method communicated to you by Wix. If you have not received the refund after 10 days, please check with your bank or credit card provider to see if the refund is still processing. If you still do not see the refund, please reach out to us at postablet@wix.com.
