The Wix mission is, and always has been, to be a platform where any type of user and any type of business can create their dreams online. We continue to take great pride in our responsibility to deliver on this mission for our users, people, and company with sustainability in mind. Our annual Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Report dives into how we approached our corporate responsibility efforts in 2023. 

Environmental: We strive to assess and manage climate-related risks. We have taken steps toward addressing our environmental impact, and, for the first time, in 2023, we collected and reported environmental data from Wix’s global sites. We assessed our energy and water efficiency and green initiatives worldwide to establish benchmarks for ongoing management. 

Social: We aim to foster a diverse and equitable culture where employees and users feel empowered, safe, supported, challenged, and in possession of the resources needed to thrive. We’re proud of the work we do as a company to support each other and our local communities. We have implemented initiatives to support our people affected by the wars in Ukraine and Israel. In the report, we showcase the various initiatives and volunteering opportunities across different causes and activities and how we give back.

Governance: We continue cultivating sustainable plans and embrace what we believe to be leading corporate governance practices. We continue to build our company culture based on honesty, integrity, and fairness. We strive to emphasize strong leadership, transparent communication, and ethical behavior in everything we do. 

We are proud of our efforts on these initiatives and to share how Wix operates in these fields. This report shows qualitative and quantitative data on what we consider important and relevant ESG  issues. We aim to continue to push these initiatives forward and to make a positive difference to our people, communities, company, and environment.

We understand the importance of this journey, and we expect to expand upon our ESG strategy, which will cover a range of environmental, social, and governance topics, aligned with our company's values and desire to make a positive impact. Our ongoing efforts reflect our dedication to making long-lasting contributions. We aim to stay transparent and share our progress and outcomes in future reports, demonstrating our focus on responsible business practices and sustainable growth at Wix and with our stakeholders.
