When Jesse graduated with a concentration in Creative Writing, she fully expected to make a living as a full-time novelist, but soon realized this was no way to keep the lights on. So she entered — and fell in love with — the world of marketing as a copywriter and then a creative director. When she took on the role of integrated content manager for a major national brand in 2016, she delved into the world of SEO and launched a blog that grew from zero to 200,000 visitors per month in just over two years. She also became obsessed with helping businesses grow their organic traffic with great content. In her free time, Jesse enjoys reading poolside and listening to history podcasts while doing mindless household chores.
