How do usage credits work?

Credits are used every time an agent takes an action like drafting an email, running a task, pulling data. Credits renew automatically based on your plan. If you have a free plan, your AI credits will renew monthly, with a daily limit. If you have a paid plan, your AI credits will renew every month. Any unused credits don’t roll over to the next renewal period. The number of credits each action uses depends on the complexity of your request. How does billing work?

You can purchase a paid plan on either a monthly or yearly basis. For a monthly subscription, you’ll be charged each month, and for a yearly subscription you’ll be charged once annually. You can view your subscription, renewal dates and billing history under your account.

Can I cancel anytime?

If you cancel within 14 days of your billing date, you'll receive a refund for the remainder of your unused plan usage or the time remaining in your billing period. After that, you can turn off auto-renewal anytime—your plan stays active until the end of your billing period and won't renew after that.
