Wix Tomorrow Classroom - Additional Terms of Use

The following terms are in addition to the Wix Terms of Use and not in replacement of the Wix Terms of Use, except if stated otherwise.
1.General.
The Wix Services also includes the possibility for teachers to help students creating and building websites on the Wix’s platform using the Wix’s tools available on the Wix Tomorrow Classroom platform (“Wix Tomorrow Classroom Services”).
We are merely providing the platform and the Wix Tomorrow Classroom Services for you to manage, as a teacher, your online teaching and learning activities related to the creation of a Wix website by students. You understand and agree that Wix is not involved in the relationship between teachers and students on the platform and that the students users are acting under the supervision of their teacher while using their students account on the Wix Tomorrow Classroom Services.
You understand and agree that when using the Wix Tomorrow Classroom Services, some tools and services usually available on the Wix regular services can be blocked or not available to the Wix Tomorrow Classroom platform in order to fit the use by students and to comply with relevant applicable laws.
2. Users
2.1. Teachers Users
By registering to the Wix Tomorrow Classroom Services as a teacher (a “Teacher User”), you represent, warrant and agree that:

You are a teacher in a school or educational institution.

You have received all necessary consent and approval to the submission of information of the Students Users you have invited to join the Wix Tomorrow Classroom platform.

You have obtained all consents and permissions required under all applicable laws, regarding the posting, transmission and publication of any information and/or image or likeness of any person, entity or property which is part of the Student User Content, and you will adhere to all laws applicable thereto.

You are the sole moderator of the information provided by a Student User on your Wix Tomorrow Classroom account and that you are the sole responsible for moderating the content and activity of your Student Users and that Wix shall not be liable for any moderating activity on your behalf.

You will comply with all parents of Students Users or eligible student’s request in relation to the access, deletion or any rights associated with a Student User’s information.
2.2. Students Users
By Registering to the Wix Tomorrow Classroom Services as a student after being invited by a Teacher User (a “Student User”), you represent, warrant and agree that:

You are at least 13 years of age

You are a student invited by a Teacher User to use and join a class on the Wix Tomorrow Classroom Services.

You further understand that the teacher who invited you to join a class on Wix Tomorrow Classroom may cancel his Teacher User account or a class within his Teacher user account at any time and that such cancellation of a Teacher User account or a class within a Teacher User account will cancel your account on Wix Tomorrow Classroom automatically.
3. Privacy
This Section shall come as a replacement of Section 4 of the Wix Terms of Use.
Certain parts of the Wix Tomorrow Classroom Services require or involve the submission, collection and/or use of certain personally identifying or identifiable information. In particular and as a part of accessing or using the Wix Tomorrow Classroom Services, Wix and such Third Party Services may collect, access and use certain data pertaining to Teachers and Students Users and End Users, including the activities or navigation undertaken by Teachers and Students Users and End Users through the Wix Tomorrow Classroom Services and/or User Platforms. We encourage you to read our Wix Tomorrow Classroom Privacy Policy and each such Third Party Services’ relevant policies on a regular basis, for a description of such data collection and use practices.
