Add onLogout() event to wixUsers.

The wixUsers component already has an onLogin() event when the user log in. We need to know when the user logs out, so if they are on a member only page when they logout then we can redirect them to a public page. Otherwise the Wix in-built login page is displayed, which is not a good user experience.
