Change color of all hyperlinks?

Hi, I'm looking to change the color of all hyperlinks text on a page (or across the site). I found this: https://www.wix.com/velo/forum/community-discussion/how-to-change-the-color-of-every-hypertext-link, but it only works in an HTML event handler. I was wondering how to do this purely within the page onReady handler?
