Last night I opened my website I have been working on for about a year and it opened in Editor X. I made some changes to my website, created a database, etc. Everything was working fine. I reloaded the browser. The editor X was changed back to corvid Editor. My website no longer writes to the database
This is a big problem
Thank you so much Brewmaster.
This is not Editor X, rather it is the standard editor with an improved and advanced UI. Development continues on many new features - some mundane and some breakthrough. The same Editor, same power, improved UI.
See the "What's New in Corvid" panel in the editor for details, and take advantage of help popups which will explain how the new UI features work.
Understand that this forum is not a support site. It is a community of Corvid developers and users where coding and development topics are discussed and information shared. If you need further details or clarification regarding the new editor UI, I would recommend contacting Wix Customer Care, as they know best.
Mr. Yisrael, a contact bot and call-back service is not customer care. I need real-time solutions not predetermined, mindless and limited responses from an app and I certainly do not need a phone call 6 hours later when I am not in front of my computer. This morning, my website opened in the new editor again. Coding and Development is a pointless on a substandard or poorly maintained platform.
My site in the new editor. The prosecution rests!
I never understood why so many developers hate wix until. I have been working and paying for a project for about a year. I am 1 week from presentation. Your platform has a hiccup. I loose my work. Wix just shrugs their shoulders.
This is not a solution. Customer Care says that it is not possible to see old sites in Editor X. But I know I was looking at a new interface and now my site is broken.
Contact Wix Customer Care to report this issue and get assistance.
