I am in the process of moving an existing site into a Wix database. Some of the fields have hard returns for readability. See screenshot here:

The existing database has an html <BR> in the field where we want a hard return. The exported data to be loaded into wix has these <BR> tags in the .CSV file. I am pretty sure this is not going to work with Wix database.
For example the field "model_usage" fields above looks like:
71-77 Vega (140*)<br>75-77 Astre (140)<br>75-77 Monza (140)<br>76-77 Sunbird Starfire (140)
The exported database CSV file contains 1500 lines of data. Every line has many, many hard returns in multiple fields.
Would the old JSON method solve this problem or do you have an alternative.
Thanks. I have loaded a test record and the Model Usage Fields is displaying correctly, but the Comments field is not? I have double checked that the fields are defined as Rich Text AND Synced database to live.
Also I have been trying to get the layout so that the row height increases depending on the value of these fields but it seems to not work properly. Would this page be better defined as a dynamic page instead of a table?

Navigation: Order-Online, then CVOA Parts Cross Reference
database: CVOA-PartsXREF
Thanks

Hi,
Actually you could simply map the specific field type to be "Rich Text" in which case <br> tags should be supported as break lines
This is done in Import phase, you'll able to select the different fields and map them to specific types, one of those is Rich Text
For more information about the different data types please refer to

you could also refer to this post with a similar concern for more details

Hope that will get you all the info you need
