My (premium plan) Wix site www.doggyguardiansparis.com is still up, but has entirely vanished from my account and dashboard.
Wix has ignored support tickets and seems to have a history with disappearing content.
No self-employed person has time to deal with this appalling standard of service.
Unless Wix address this within 24hours, we will simply have to move to Squarespace or some other more consistent drag-and-drop outfit.
I saw that the ticket was opened only 3 hours ago... If they don't answer in the next 3 days, I'll recheck it with them.

See Wix have emailed me a confirmation of my ticket, but there is no evidence of it in my account, nor is there any trace whatsoever of my entire website.

No, I don't have any ticket number to give you because I haven't received one myself.
Is there any other information you need to look into this that you haven't got already?
