Hello I am very new to this hole Corvid coding thing, I just started last week and been using examples to work on my site myself. I was not going to pay $1k for a wix developer to do this, I don't have that kind of money anyways.
I am using a dynamic page and on the main page I have a repeater for results I have the label text linked under a text element under the table for each tag "modTag1" for example would the the table ID for that tag label.
I need to filter the data when someone clicks the tag with the tag label if that makes since. I am not sure if this is possible but I have tried to do some research to find what I need and even tweak the code I have for a search bar to get it working with the button but I don't know enough to make it work properly just yet.
import wixData from "wix-data";
export function tagButton1_click(event, $w) {
$w("#tagButton1").onClick(() => {
$w("#mainDataset").setFilter(
wixData.filter()
.contains("modTag1")
);
})
}
Any help would be supper appreciated if you know of any code examples that can help me learn a bit more code, also if you have a bit more time to explain what everything does that would help me so much to learn Corvid. Thank you for your time. - Kieran Martin
