NEW DESIGN TREND - is there any way to do this UX layer design effect at scrolling?

So this would be the new trend in UX and WEB design, and WIX is the future. So it would be very effective if we could fint a way to create this layer design at scrolling:

I think there is 2 or 3 layer section inf front of each other, and layer at the back moving slowly, the layer at the front moving faster. This make the feeling of 3D space.

Have anyone any idea how is possible to do this in WIX?
