I have a repeater that will not reduce in size vertically
and there are no elements between the objects above and the repeater handle on the bottom. Every time I pull the repeater handle up, it snaps right back to the position shown. Any ideas on how to remove the space?

I've found this can happen when there is an element on the page that is still attached to the repeater container even though it is outside of the box. Use the "Tools->Layers" dialogue to go through all your elements and delete any that have strayed.
