The bell icon doesn't respond to clicks.
Similarly when I go to "Profile" and click on Notifications, it doesn't work either.

All top navigation items seem to work now. However, I am amazed that wix forum has such poor design/layout. A global platform that's being used by thousands of designers should pay a bit more importance to the forum's overall design aspect. No?

It doesn't work on Safari too. The Profile tab on the drop down doesn't work either.
To be honest the whole wix Forum navigation is embarrassingly poor designed. For a big website design company to have a design/navigation like this doesn't make any sense.
