I have zero custom code at the moment, I deleted those pages yesterday to troubleshoot this issue since they were not in use anyhow. My site had been live for over 2 months now and no changes had been made since then. Wednesday morning all of the sudden it looks like it does now.
It is not a DNS issue as the page is connecting properly to the domain (code behind this as well as favicon displaying) and it is not an SSL error. When I look at the developer console in the browser I see an error for the Wix events and warmup.js missing but Wix has so far refused to help me on this issue claiming it is DNS because of the way we set up the domain but clearly the site does connect properly, it's just not rendering.
Any thoughts? I am not the techiest person when it comes to websites so any help is very much appreciated and I need this site up ASAP.
If your own IT department won't setup pointing to Wix as described in this page.

Then there is nothing Wix can do to help you as you are not connecting it as they tell you to do so.
Your better option would be to change the nameservers but you've adamantly said that it is not possible so you need to connect your website as per the pointing instructions.
Finally, Yisrael is very correct in pointing out that your post should be asked to Wix Support and not through this forum which is only intended for issues that are code related on your site and not issues concerning pointing, nameservers and dns errors.
That does need to go through Wix Support themselves and as you don't like the support ticket system, then you can also call them and speak to them yourself over the telephone.
