Dynamic Slide Show Based On Number Of Items I Put In The Dataset

Hi Together,

I have a problem with adding a slideshow to an Editor X site. The main problem is, that I have images and videos that have to slide inside my hero section and my client want to have the full control over all items and the quantity.

My first thought was easily put in a Pro Gallery and make it on slide mode, BUT the Pro Gallery only crop the images and not the videos like a regular video box. Thats pretty annoying!

So I googled a lot and I found some Velo solutions like this one from @Jonathan Tsodikovitch or this one from Wix.

Also I saw a layouter slide show is coming "soon" but not there at this time.

I also made a Multi-State-Box with buttons to change the states to imitate a slideshow.

BUT in every case I have to write the exact number of states or items inside the code. So it makes it really inflexible for my client.

So Im searching for a solution like this one from Wix or Jonathan but with flexible numbers of items. It would be perfect if I have a content manager connected with the slideshow and my client can ad or delate images and videos like he wants.

Or maybe you have a solution for the Pro Gallery to crop the videos too. That would be the simplest way.
