What's the formatter of Wix's rich content

I would like to know what format is used by Wix to generate Rich Content field value.

Here what I want to achieve:

We want to display the content of our blog post on another (non-Wix) website. We can retrieve the content from the collection But we need to translate Wix Rich Content format into HTML. I'm looking for a format reference (documentation) that I can use to translate the Rich Content into HTML or perhaps an NPM package that would that for us
