This question is related to the WIX booking widget and time zones.
Currently, we've created a triggered customized booking confirmation email that contains an "add to calendar" button which has a customized URL meeting link. When the client books from their end, their time zone is picked up, and the tutor's time zone is also recorded correctly so that's fine.
But if a tutor/ administrator books an appointment for the client, the calendar invite that the client receives is picking up the tutor's time zone - which of course creates confusion.
I've also noticed that when clients book from the WIX app (Spaces) vs. the website site, the same error (receiving the tutor's or website's timezone in the calendar invite vs theirs) occurs.
I'm wondering if WIX stores the time zone of the clients - as there could be a solution to this issue if that is the case.
I hope to fix this issue soon as I'd like to promote the use of the WIX app and also to be able to fully use the WIX booking without such issues.
