I wish to add the Previous page ID/URL as a key indicator of where they came from. This is important for me as I will later use an API to zapier to find/create a lead in our CRM system, this will then be categorised by Product Type & Source. Now the form is designed for a few things, which complicates the form Structure. Function 1: Hide/Show container box with product option depending on selected product type Function 2: Filter options within the container box based on previous selections Function 3 (I want this function): enter in user-input(Read-only) previous page or pages. Why: Firstly better understand my site , I know we have google analytics which gives the dropouts of users which technically can tell me the same thing, the difference here is it's specific to a verified user. The very person I am talking to, how did they interact with the site. The person who contacted us what was their experience. Analytics can only tell me on a broader scare. Secondly: Google ads , I want to check if my ads are working. Most importantly for me is conversions. which I have set my goal as submitting a form. The only problem is , I don't know if it had come from an ad or general organic search. I have created separate landing pages for my ads and initially wanted a form on each landing page but unfortunately, I am limited to 10 forms (despite it been the same form - I can understand its seen as a new form, bit annoying though) So I have deleted all Wix Forms and just create one using user inputs, I can save in my design, probably will give me the issue as a wix form but at least I don't need 10 different submission forms for practically telling me what page it came from. Function4: Send us a message - obviously Function 5:API to zapier - then to our CRM logging all FORM Inputs within a selection in CRM. Did you get that all? haha sorry if I was a bit cryptic. the reason for me exploding a basic request is also to see if there are a better way of doing the above. The idea is I can either have a form on a lightbox and pullup that lightbox and get Wix-location to input the pages ID but this I believe will only work in a lightbox scenario. I do just want a basic site page with a form which will require a previous page ID so if a user came from an ad the page ID will show the URL I created for that ad. Likewise for other situations where I want to A/B test a page.
