I honestly didn't know how to word the title for this question, so I apologize if it is misleading or confusing... I am wanting to control when my anchor menu appears on my page. As of right now I have it pinned to the spot I want, in reference to the anchors themselves and the images on the page, however, that position collides with my header and main menu when the page initially loads. My goal is to have the anchor menu appear (fade in) when the reader scrolls to a certain point that will not interrupt anything else on the page. I took a recording of my screen to sort of help visualize what I am looking for. At the end, when I circle the anchor menu, that is the point I would like for it to appear when scrolling.
