I am looking for some assistance here, how would I hide or show a grouped element based on a data base saying the words Yes or No Yes to show No to hide if this cant be done is there a work around?

I am sure i read in in the Updates & Releases that we could not custom member registration form with WIX code, has any one done this yet and does any one found a help artical for this. I think it was posted round june 11.
