CREATORS of TOMORROW Challenge

Any ambitious adolescent (ages 15-18*) with a desire to make a difference in the world can compete in this global challenge - even if you have zero website creation experience. Explore in-depth guides, videos and documents in our Resource section to sharpen your skills. While everyone can browse through our workshop series and submit a site, only a select few will be chosen for the semifinals mentorship program. To learn more, see the full contest rules here.

There’s a few stages in the Challenge:

1: Join - sign up by creating a Wix account.

2: Create - it’s time to design your impactful website. Be sure to take a look at our resources and workshops.

3: Submit - enter your work by March 31st, 2025 (don’t forget to make sure it abides by our guidelines).

4: Semifinals - chosen participants will take their websites to the next level with the help of their own Wix expert.

5: Winners will be crowned (around the end of May).

All websites need to be submitted through our submission form. Those who continue to the semifinals will create a deck explaining “what” your idea is, “why” you want to do it, and “how” you plan to incorporate web design to make your message heard and further your cause. In the final stage, semifinalists will present their work to a panel of Wix Experts.

Your site must be built on Wix or Wix Studio and use at least one of Wix’s business or marketing solutions.

• The site must be in English or have an English translated version (feel free to use the Wix multilingual feature).

• You can add and design any marketing and business solutions to suit your goals. You don’t need to upgrade to unlock any Premium features such as Payments in Wix Stores.

• Websites can be the impact project itself, or serve as a tool to promote offline initiatives. For example, a site could be a forum for climate action organizers or a marketing platform for nonprofits.

• The following will be taken into consideration when evaluating websites for the semifinals mentorship program:

  • Impact space: Does your project address one of the 17 UN SDGs? How clearly is it reflected in the website?

  • Clarity: Do you have a clear mission statement with well-defined solutions that tackle the problem?

  • UX/UI Design: Is your site easy to use?

  • Innovation and creativity: How unique is your idea?
